Course Dates and Locations For 2012

Each course will be held at a conveniently located hotel property. In the selected hotel a block of rooms will be held for our registrants until a short time (approx. 3-4 weeks) prior to the course, after which the block will be released (specific cut-off dates are shown below). Registrants must make their own hotel reservations. SPACE IS LIMITED. To ensure hotel room availability, early reservations are STRONGLY suggested. Be sure to request the SAI or Surgical Appliance group rate when making reservations.
