The one-day Mastectomy training and the Acor one-day Footwear seminar are held on Friday, the last day of each session. As they are both held on the same day,  it is not possible for a student to take both the Mastectomy training AND the Acor footwear during the same seminar week.

Registration fees are refundable according to the cancellation policy stated below. The only other expense to the student is his or her own travel and lodging. Additional fees are required for optional industry certification. Click the "Industry Certification" link at right for more information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

•  Cancellations 30 days or more prior to the course will be issued a full refund, less a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee.
•  Cancellations 29 days or less prior to the course will be issued a credit voucher (valid for 1 year) to be used toward a future SAI education program.
•  No-shows will not be issued a refund or credit.
•  All cancellation requests must be received in writing on business letterhead by FAX 800-309-9055 attn.: Education by 5:00 PM eastern time M-F.
